Mom’s Best Bread Dip

I love this stuff.. it’s so BAD for you.. but it’s the holidays, right?

I’m making it for a party so it doesn’t stay in my house.

Ingredients:
1 pt sour cream
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
5 oz dried sliced beef, cut into small pieces(you know you love it… don’t try to pretend)*
1 small onion, diced
3 Tablespoons dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon dried Dill weed
1 Teaspoon celery seed

1 large rye or pumpernickel boule (the round one)

Mix all ingredients (except bread) and let sit in the fridge at least overnight.
The day of serving, taste the dip. You might need a little pepper but probably not salt!
Cut the center out of the bread and will with dip (you’ll probably have some left over)

Rip the center of the bread into pieces for dipping.

*If you really don’t want to use the nasty tasty beef, leave it out, but salt to taste.
