Kvass Update: The beets are now floating and I had a thin layer of funk on top, which I removed with a clean spoon.

Kvass update
The beet kvass I tried also smelled brilliant. Loved the smell. I could have smelled it all day. I love beets.
Just don’t make me drink it.
I’ve actually never had it. I just tasted it now. It’s starting to go from salty to sour/tangy. I think I’m going to like it. Of course, I’m also the gal who drinks the sauerkraut juice.
If you drink sauerkraut juice, you are going to love it. ;^)
