So I got this brilliant idea to jump rope for 5 minutes in the morning to get the ol heart a pumping.
I managed one.
One minute with a break.
Jumping rope is HARD. Wow
I have tried running.. but I’m not good at it… I think I’m too tense because my knees and feet ache. Recently, I ran across a gym to get something (in my bare feet.. it was a jujitsu class) and it was AMAZING because I remembered, for just a moment, what it was like to run without thinking about it.
It is! Have you tried running? Not on a track but full-out running, like when you were a kid. That’s what I want to be able to do.
